Did you know that Nelly rapped about me one time? Ok he didn’t, but it sounded like he did. Musical artists used to have a thing for Cadillac DeVilles, apparently. Specifically, the coupe. I mean, who needs four doors, amirite? Anyway, it sounds exactly like my last name with a musical tune in background. Qubty is pronounced Coop-D which is just like coupe De[ville]. And voilà, now you know how to pronounce Qubty ☺︎

I spark connections that make you hit pause, reflect, and maybe even inspire your next big idea.

I’m a dynamic, genuine, and intentionally fun creative leader with a rich portfolio spanning work in higher education, athletics, publishing, experiential, and environmental design. As a fervent advocate for creatives and visual storytelling, I specialize in branding, identity design, and translating ideas into compelling visuals. Equipped with both experience and education, I excel in fostering creativity, steering holistic design experiences, building relationships, and championing diverse, authentic creatives. I want to solve the root issues, not just the problem presented, working proactively on design solutions.

As a visual creative with an ever-updating playlist of skills in art and emerging media, I'm all about curating projects that seamlessly blend the authentic with the virtual. Find me swooning over and daydreaming about immersive experiences that could double as your next profile pic backdrop, or interactive installations that get more likes in real life than online. I thrive in environments and teams that value innovative and resonant creative expressions.

Goal? Build creative teams that support one another, have fun together (why be creative if you're not enjoying the hell out of it?!), and bring in fresh ideas to innovate in ways that break the mold. I advocate for creative conversations that lead to meaningful progress. I’m here to facilitate those conversations, helping people stuck in the "we've always done it this way" mentality to see the bigger picture. We’ve all had shitty bosses. I’m challenging and changing that outdated, toxic, and micromanage-y mentality. Let’s champion each other on this journey and laugh along the way.

Check me out on Instagram to get a peak into me. It’s not my visual portfolio of work; it’s a visual portfolio of me. It’s a little smart, a little quirky, potentially funny, and a lot of authenticity.

Anonymous excerpt from Sic ‘Em nomination

“In creative work, there is an elusive balance between consistency and newness, bold and reliable choices, the vanguard and the old faithful. This is where true, practical, innovation lives. Each time Amanda begins a project, I see all the heads at the table turn toward her, knowing that she’s going to deliver something that both delights and meets needs at every level, because she is an innovator. Ask around and find the projects Amanda has worked on. She won’t brag, as she knows as we all do that each great piece of work is truly collaborative; however, I have nominated her for this award to put the grateful spotlight on her just a little bit, because she’s not going to step into it herself - she’s too busy innovating for DAR’s next award-winning project.”

Genevieve A.

“I admire how intentional you are with creating space for others to be heard.”

Justin P.

“…working together has been the most impactful time of my vocational life.
You are a great leader, fantastic teacher, and even better friend. I hope you know how much people love being on your team. Here are just a few things I’ve learned from you that will always stick with me:

Creativity is too precious to be shy.
Always consider the other person’s experience (in design and in general).
Growth happens when we say ‘yes’ to it.”

Clarke S.

“I can say that joining [the team] was one of the best decisions of my life for a lot of reasons, but the ones that mean the most are all about the personal things: the people, the trips, the get togethers, the laughs.

And I can say without hesitation that you were a major, major part of that. Thanks for being so welcoming, for being real about the work and the people, for being open with your expertise and advice, … for being you and sharing that with all of us.”

Kate L.

“We are super excited about this new logo because it is versatile when it comes to branding, décor, and print. AND, as you can see, we are able to use a variety of (UGA approved) brand colors!

We think Amanda and [the team] hit it out of the park with this one and are excited to spotlight this new wordmark for this year’s 40 Under 40 celebration and for years to come.”

Lost? Confused? Curious? So am I. Let's solve life's mysteries together.
